Ordering

Orders Placed Online For Store Pickup

You will receive a phone call and e-mail when your order is available for pick-up. Please do not come to the store before you have received your call and/or email confirmation.

Items listed as "Out of Stock" but "Available On-line" when adding to your cart can take up to 15 business days to arrive for pick-up.

Orders Placed Online For Shipment To Your Home or Facility

Items listed as "In Stock" when adding to your cart usually ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped from our store or direct from the manufacturer. Please note, items listed as "Out of Stock" but "Available On-line" when adding to your cart can take up to 15 business days to ship.

All orders placed on a national holiday will ship the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. If you refuse delivery, the cost of shipment back to us will be deducted from your return.

You will be creditied for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package. We recommend you return items via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Return Policy

Of course we always hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item(s) in original condition, all tags attached, for a REFUND within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept for return any item(s) that have been washed, worn, altered, embroidered, screen printed or if any tags have been removed from the garments.

All non-apparel items, including shoes may only be returned within 5 days of receipt in original condition and original packaging including manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any return fees. Shoes must have not been worn and must be in new, resaleable condition for consideration of a refund. We suggest wearing shoes around your home on carpet to keep them from getting soiled. Socks and hosiery items can not be returned for any reason.

For repair, maintenance, and warranty service that is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Return Authorization

You must contact customer service at 828-394-4240 for a Return Authorization Number for any web order returns. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order for apparel items and 5 days of receipt of order for all other items.

Include your name and a list of the items you would like to return. Please note that all requested return items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with tags still attached. After Return Authorization is received, return the approved items by UPS (do not reverse collect, returns sent this way will not be accepted) or USPS to:

Refunds, exchanges or store credits will not be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by our returns department. Any deviation from these policies can result in a delay of your refund. Please note: you must pay the shipping fee for any exchange items.

Shipping costs for returned items are not refundable.

Please allow 14-21 days for your refund to process after receipt of the return.

Items Returned To Our Retail Store

Items shipped to your home or facility may be returned to our retail store for exchange or store credit via gift card only. Our retail store does not issue refunds. Only items shipped to our returns department are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, minus all shipping costs.
